CKPT: Warranty

 
The warranty to the costumers is performed by our Regional After-Sales Service Center.
 
To get the after-sales service you have to complete a Damage Claim.
 
The warranty period is 18 months from the vintage.
 
The after-sales service does not cover equipment that:
  • has mechanical damages (including accidental ones);
  • has damages caused by using not original spare parts, and also after being repaired by a person or organization that does not have the After-Sales Service Center License;
  • has defects caused by breaking rules and conditions of the equipment running, transporting and storage;
  • has the broken seal.
The After-Sales Service Center offers paid service according to the tariff for the equipment that has the warranty ended or interrupted.
